The BAPS Foundation Board members must meet Foundation membership requirements. Elections take place annually at a Board meeting during the month of September or as scheduled. The Board consists of the following members:
- Shirley Williams is currently serving as BAPS Foundation Board President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Shirley is charged with leading the BAPS Foundation/Board and serving as the Foundation’s principal point of contact with the Band Director in coordination on Foundation grants.
- Debby Rosenwald is currently serving as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO). Debby is charged with all roles and responsibilities associated with fundraisers and Foundation scholarships.
- Laurie Jenkins is currently serving as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Laurie is charged with all Foundation financial responsibilities.
- Katie Brown is currently serving as Secretary and Administrative Officer (AO). Katie is charged with all Foundation administrative responsibilities.
